2. Using Clean Water

5. Enough Sleep
Enough sleep is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle. Every person's sleep needs can vary. But in general, newborns need to sleep 16-18 hours a day, 1-3 year olds need to sleep about 14 hours a day, and 3-4 year olds need about 11-12 hours. While school-age children usually take 10 hours, teenagers need 9-10 hours, and adults need to sleep 7-8 hours a day.
